The Miss List: Owen Hargreaves
FYI, the Scarlet Pimpernel is a character in a play written by Baroness Emma Orczy set during the French Revolution.
And clearly, Owen Hargreaves is not an English aristocrat engaged in freeing his French counterparts from execution.
He’s a footballer. Ahem.
However, we really, really like the idea of Owen going missing from our lives ‘cos he’s out rescuing people from death and doom under a secret identity and not because he’s got some crappy knee injury. M’kay?
We miss you, Owen! We need more than this, lovely.

Hil, I replayed that glimpse of him in the stands over and over. *sigh* Also thrilled to see Vida back out on the pitch. I'll pass on the RvP reunion.
I love Sir Percy! Hargreaves on the other hand…well, let's just say I'd much rather see Robin van Persie return first.

I suspect the reason we’re not getting more Hargreaves pix is because he’s kind of Canadian…and as I mentioned previously…we Canadians tend to be camera-shy (except during the Olympics) LOL
