The TTO: Robin Van Persie v Theo Walcott

This week’s Thursday Thigh Off sees Robin Van Persie take on Theo Walcott. Both of these Gunners know how to score great goals, and also, much less impressively, how to consistently wear base layers. But let’s not hold that against them.

Robin Van Persie
Robin is a twenty-five-year old striker from Holland who plays for the Dutch national team when he’s not on kick about with Arsenal. He may look like he hasn’t started shaving yet, but but he’s actually about to become a father for the second time.  Random: Robin’s two-year-old son Shaqueel comes to all the home games and calls him, “Daddy Arsenal”.

Theo Walcott
Theo’s also a striker, born and bred in London. Over the last few years he’s transitioned from boy-man to man-boy and now at the age of twenty, we think he’s about five more years away from successfully reaching full-blown adulthood. Kudos, kid. Random: Theo carried the Olympic torch in 2008 when it was being paraded around London.

    Can I vote for Danny? That was a lovely little surprise there. My vote is for Theo. RVP is a little too skinny for me. I wish Theo would get rid of the pirate mustache though.

    This breaks my heart, since I love Robin van Persie. He's so great, and his son calling him "Daddy Arsenal" is probably the cutest thing I have ever heard. Sadly, my vote goes to Theo "Porn 'Stache" Walcott.
