Transfer Totty: A Window Shopping Update

Ludovic Obraniak was a Lille player until yesterday when he signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Bordeaux.

All of our further research regarding his career, life and propensity towards nudity was abandoned as soon as we laid eyes on his. Sorry.

In other vaguely interesting transfer news, Steven Gerrard has signed a contract extension with Liverpool that will likely keep him at the club until retirement. The  midfielder, who made his debut in 1998, also committed to taking on an ambassadorial role at his boyhood club once his playing days are over – an honour he described as “really flattering“.

USMNT midfielder and swimsuit botherer Robbie Rogers will be staying at Leeds United after a successful trial period at the club. The former Columbus Crew midfielder has been promised first team chances to strip on the pitch by manager Simon Grayson once his work permit is complete.

-

Manchester United midfielder Darron Gibson has signed a four-and-a-half year contract with Everton. Speaking of Darren Gibson, what the hell happened to his boyish good looks?

Pleased with the side switching players so far? Indifferent? Hungry for cake like we are?

All the best of luck to Gibson! Sadly, he wasn't good enough to play for Man United, but I hope that his skills will come to good use somewhere else. :)
