TV Guide: “MLS 36″ Debuts

To those who like to stalk from the comforts of their own couches, cast your eyes over this preview and plan your television schedule accordingly.

This is the new show, “MLS 36″, which follows a professional league player around for 36 hours straight.

Just when you thought you’d seen every possible talent, reality and reality talent show, another one comes along. But this time, it’s one actually worth watching.

In Sunday night’s premiere episode, we (closely) followed Chris Wondolowski (and his beyond adorbs wife Lindsay) around as stuff happened. We didn’t pay all that much attention to things that didn’t include Lindsay wiping her hubby’s sweat off herself following a post-game hug. Needless to say, we require more than 30 minutes of semi-alone time with the San Jose star in order to get our fill.

MLS watching Kickettes fans, how many of you caught Chris Wondo’s episode last night? And who (in the U.S. – for now, at least) plans on tuning into Freddy Montero’s “36″ this Friday (following the Houston vs NY game on NBC Sports Network)? Go on, you know you want to.

“MLS 36″ is tentatively scheduled to air on a weekly basis on NBCSN in the US. Wondo epi will re-run on the following dates/times: Tues. 07.08.2012 (8pm EDT), Thurs. 09.08.2012 (10.30pm EDT), Friday 10.08.2012 (7.30am EDT), Sun. 12.08.2012 (7pm EDT).

Just finished watching it, and I loved it! His wife seems fantastic. The fact that he married a normal girl and not some fake model wannabe makes me love him even more! This will have to be a season pass for sure.

Saw it. Loved it! As a San Jose fan, it really was no surprise. Wondo & Lindsey were just as I expected them to be. Well, except for Chris's difficulties in the morning, so like a little boy. I would have thought he'd be less casual about the whole on time & dressed properly thing… cute though!
