Sadly, we’re not miracle workers; just ordinary (though fabulously well-heeled, natch), bloggers.
So no, we may not be able to arrange a private meet and greet (yet) that will satisfy your fantasies and allow you all to die as happy women, one potentially lucky fan(girl) has the chance to unlock the secrets of Nicklas Bendtner’s feet aroma/odour by placing a bid on his Nike boots.
Worn once during Arsenal’s Champs League match vs. Dynamo Kiev last November, Nicklas Bendtner and his family have decided to put the infamous fuchsia pink boots up for auction at eBay.com. There’s only four days left with bidding currently at $2,100.
All for a pair of pink boots and a side of checkers.
Go on, get in there. No one will judge you for it, even if you do use the insoles in some sort of eye-of-newt type spell to conjure up some sort of freaky footballer love potion. Actually, if you plan on doing that, do let us know. We’d be up for that.
All earnings from the auction are assigned to the Danish charity cycling team, Team Rynkeby which supports the Danish fund for children with cancer, Børnecancerfonden (Children’s Cancer Fund).
