WAG Watch: Alex in her Trackies
There’s a first time for everything, Kickettes, and today we are in the rather peculiar position of defending Alex Curran.

Recent photos of Alex rushing down the streets in a cropped grey track suit with a belly full of jelly have the got all the tabloids harping on about her jiggly bits. Now, we love a good embarrassing photo op as much as the next person, but to make fun of ACG’s stomach seems a little cruel and unsportsmanlike. If you’re going to mock, please take note of the eyebrows and/or the bouffant. Leave Alex and her stomach alone.
First of all, she’s in motion – stuff moves when you move, yes? Also, she had two very cute bubbas, for gawd’s sake; we have heard on good authority that the cuter your kids are the higher risk to belly jelly. Or something. We have no clue what we’re talking about.
My mum’s had 6 kids and her stomach is just a little larger than Alex’s, but everyone is always going on about how thin she is so there’s DEFINATELY nothing wrong with Alex’s.
However, my mum doesn’t run around in anything belly-baring, so really Alex should dress for her body and not for what she thinks will look good, which we all know, never is.
And Torres, I expected more from him. I don’t know why, or what, but this was kind of a let-down, not that it means I WOULDN’T do him, cause I would, oh I would….

Fourth, I have no clue what he’s been doing “down there”, but even if the thought has scared me for a while, I still suspect that he lacks, well, body-hair… That, or that he waxes everything. Ouch.
Will have to take some time to recover. Good Lord. Going through my collection of pictures might help. I might post something to make up for *that*…
She has had two kids and a lot of drinks, neither or good for the region…She has never been a skinny girl and that is a good thing. She looks, *cue shock and awe* umm, normal and at a healthy weight. There isn’t even the hint of a muffin top for godsake.
Does she look like a mess? yeah. Is it clearly super windy? yeah. Would the rest of us look like that too? Yeah. Are the shoes horrific? Hell yeah
She has had two kids she should not be criticised for not being anorexic!!!!!!!

But I mean, my god, everyone has faults. Its just the fact that some people’s faults get splattered across page six. I mean, get over the belly fat – I guarantee you she and I aren’t the only one in the world that has some.

I agree. I would like to see most women’s bellies look as good as hers after giving birth, not once, but twice.
Now, as you all know, I am not a Mr. Curran fan. Yes, Mr., as I am convinced that she was/still may be a man. What I cannot figure out are:
1) Why her hair seems to grow everyday, unless the wind from her brisk canter seems to lift it up and away from her face, thereby
2) revealing those caterpillar like eyebrows and
3) rather bloated face. Too many late nights, with too many cocktails
4) What the #### does Stevie see in her????
LOL. Alex is too funny. I have to admit my eyes did hone right in on the tummy. I’m really hoping that 2 years+ after mine is born that I’ll go back to a flat tummy, but even if not, I think I’ll avoid flaunting it like she’s doing.
But seriously, the best part is that she’s dressed in a tracksuit ffs, and *still* doing the fashionista walk like she’s dressed in her cricket finest with YSL heels. Keys/phone accessory in one outswung hand, free hand swung inwards and up. I’ve got to work on that.
I have two kids, hence a jelly belly plus an amazing collection of stretch marks. I just don’t show it to the world by wearing low sweats and a cropped jacket (with strange footwear).
The belly, whatever.
What I’m hating is the frozen Botox face.
The face is pure puff in the second photo. As for the belly, get over it people. It’s the hair, the flats, the outfit – FOCUS on what’s important!!

I think that the worst of Alex’s pic is the hair and the brows… But not the belly (I can’t believe I just said that!)

and leave that grey tracksuit alone – i have the top (juicy cardinal rule numero uno: do not buy matching) and might i just add it’s very unforgiving with poufy sleeves that should only be worn unzipped. juicy jackets are always tight on the tits so she should’ve known before she walked out of the house.
Am I the only one who thinks a grey velour tracksuit is one of the nastiest things about?
I certainly don’t think there is anything wrong with her tummy, I have no help in hell in looking like that after kids!
Lucas Neill’s WAG Lindsey Morris has that same tracksuit – except she wore hers when she and Lucas had a night out at the Star City Casino in Sydney last year – which is so not okay. So however jelly (or not) Alex’s belly may be, at least she’s just running up the street: I can’t imagine her ever wearing trackies on a night out … Or maybe I’m just really jealous of Lindsey for being with our gorgeous Lucas (and carrying his babies – *sob*) and looking for reasons not to like her when she’s actually a really nice girl…
The problem isn’t her tummy. It’s her ugly face and massive dome piece.
She deserves snarks on her belly because shes wearing a midriff baring tracksuit.
If she were wearing a longer teeshirt under there that covered it, then it wouldnt be fair game.

it’s been really windy lately so i imagine i’ve had hair similar so i can’t fault that, but hmmm, i think maybe she should have picked another outfit to wear, especially since tight, cropped tracksuits are sooo sooo 5 years ago.

Oh Gigi, I’m seriously thinking about your comments now. I have not followed her until Kickette, but I’m starting to wonder now.
Gigi, I second the “woman” -thought. Did you see her perfume-launch-photo? Totally drag-like. It makes sense though, after the Xabi-Steven-incident in Istanbul (aah, sweet memories), I found out Steven bends both ways. Meaning, to the lads on one side, and to me on the other.
Okay, unfortunately I know more than 1 person who has had 3-4 children and still has a belly that looks like they are 18. They have no trainers, they aren’t on any special diet and the best one of all, they eat what they want, carbs and all and they DON’T exercise! I envy these women.
As for Alex, sorry ladies, she has no excuse, especially since she has the money to hire someone that can help her buff out and tone! The hair, the outfit, the face and the shoes, you’re right FootballerChick43, it might have made the outfit look a little better if the right footwear was on?!?
