(We Reject This) Product Shill: Serie A Boys For Sky Telly

Seeing your fav Serie A ‘ballers in an old/puffy/crazy alternate view point is not something we thought we needed in our lives. Sky seems to disagree. Poor Mirko and Pato deserve better. [Via S-USA]

What is this blasphemy, Sky? How dare the defile the sacredness that is hot players?

Perhaps they're aiming for the straight female/gay male audience, given the "They'll Look Even BETTER Message." Nice try, appealing to our (copious) vanity, but they look just fiiinnnneeee already.

LMAO love it! Pato is horrifyingly funny and Vuci gives a good pose to show his beer belly. I bet they had tons of fun doing this.

  4. Caesar says:

    Dear Kickette,

Thank you so much for showing these bigger-than-life male specimens. The man on the the left is, of course, the typical male conformist. The man on the right is the non-conformist courageous macho male showing the Devil-May-Care attitude and still be capable of having children.

    P.S. lol

  7. Missy Manchester says:

Great ad campaign! I love it!!!

(Also makes me wonder how many retired footballers eventually end up like version 2 on the right. Wagabees…be careful!! Football contracts…and bodies…don't stay firm forever!)

  8. Amandinha says:

I bet 5 bucks Ronaldinho sponsored that campaign

  9. BarceLisa says:

I know Sky likes to promote the Premier League as the best in the world but they don't need to resort to ugly-ing up its competitiors. Damn you Rupert Murdoch.

  10. Pato's photo is too incredible for words!!

  11. Alex Samuel says:

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!! LOOK AT PATO! xD ahhh *wipes tear from eye* It's the goofy smile that does it!
