Welcome To The Club: Alexandra Burke Dating Spurs’ Jermain Defoe
In the grand tradition of pop singers dating footballers, 2008 X Factor winner and actual talented singer, Alexandra Burke, seems to be well and truly shacked up with Tottenham Hotspur forward and dubious dater, Jermain Defoe.

Moving on, Burke and Defoe (Burfoe? It’s too soon for that.) have been spotted all over London recently and seem to be intent on denying any involvement. The two were snapped at a café yesterday morning clad in their best track suits. The couple that dresses down together stays together?
Alexandra recently told The Daily Star that she’s 100% happy with her personal life right now and is thinking of marriage and children at the ripe old age of 23. All while refusing to admit she’s dating Defoe.
Our Verdict?
We’re really not sure. Alexandra is a big departure from Defoe’s “type” so perhaps he’s ready to settle down as well? What we do know is that if Alexandra keeps wearing luxury goods much in the way of her Alexander McQueen boots and bag there, we’ll probably get along.
