I think sometimes they hit their head when they dive, and that makes them forgetfull.

They complain when it is a “dive” against them, and they forget all morals when they dive themselves.

I the heat of the moment, kind of. But it cmoes off very contradicting at times!

That being said, I still believe Ronaldo is diving often. Especially when his side is in trouble or behind, but perhaps everyone is like that.

But it takes away some of the fairness and fun of the game.

And again, Ronaldo was named player of the match against Almeria, and he got a red card…. Like Zidane was named best player of the World Cup 2006, and got a red card in the final for the headbut against Materazzi. (spelling?) Who is it possible to be the best player of the turnament after that? And was there not a runner up, who skould have gotten that title instead. Honouring an act like that with the title best player of the turnament, sends out a bad message in my mind!

Sometimes I don’t understand the decision makers! Maybe it’s just me…

I disagree. Mexico and the US are big fish in a small pond (CONCACAF). World Cup qualification is practically expected for both teams every four years. Mexico does well at home. They don’t play many teams outside of CONCACAF and CONMEBOL… their last friendly apart from those countries was their loss to Sweden in January (right after we took Sweden out with a Kljestan hat trick . If you want to bring up big competitions like the World Cup, they haven’t reached the quarters since 1986.

They beat minnows like El Salvador and Barbados a lot. Mexico and the US are pretty evenly matched. Mexico beats the CONMEBOL minnows like Peru, but they lost 4-1 last time they played Argentina.

My opinion is that people think that Mexico won’t go farther than the second round is because Mexico hasn’t given them a reason lately to think otherwise.

The team everyone is underestimating is Mexico.
With Rafa Marquez, Carlos Vela, Giovani, Andres Guardado and Cuauhtemoc, everybody should watch out.

El Tri are well known to raise their level significabntly against tough opponents. (That means you France)
We will show our level in the inaguration, even though the refs will be against us.
