zizou explains his red-card behaviour (sort of)
Zinedine Zidane didn’t go into any nitty gritty details when he explained his reasons for head butting Italy’s Marco Materazzi in the World Cup final.
He apologized mainly to the children watching and said he attacked Materazzi because of repeated insults about his mother and sister. Interestingly, Zidane didn’t seem particularly apologetic about his behaviour, nor did he take off his shirt. For shame.
